Kay Albertie
Owner / Chairman of the Board
Kay has been leading RKA alongside her late husband, Roger, since the 1970s. Following Roger’s passing in 2004, she has remained an active owner and board member, continuing to play a vital role in the company’s success.
Through her steadfast leadership, vision, and dedication, Kay has helped shape the culture and values that define RKA today. Her decades of service and commitment to the company remain an invaluable part of RKA’s continued growth and success.

Kyle Albertie
President
Kyle has been building his expertise in the fuel, logistics, and trucking industry since joining RKA in 1993. With a deep passion for driving RKA’s growth both locally and on a national scale, Kyle remains committed to expanding the company’s footprint and strengthening its book of business. Outside of work, Kyle treasures time with his family. Whether he’s coaching his kids or cheering them on from the stands, he’s always their biggest supporter.
Tom Cinzori
Chief Operating Officer
Tom brings over 30 years of executive and financial experience across a wide range of industries and market segments, offering RKA a multi-dimensional perspective and a deep well of expertise. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tom earned his BBA in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and his MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado. Outside the office, Tom is an avid fitness competitor, a dedicated supporter of his kids’ sporting events, and a passionate traveler. He also loves cooking homemade Italian dishes
Molli Brown Dunbar
Chief Financial Officer
Molli brings nearly 25 years of experience—and over a decade with RKA—to her role, contributing deep expertise in accounting, compliance, and operational support. Her commitment and versatility make her a vital part of the team. Outside the office, Molli enjoys tending to her flower garden, spending quality time with her kids, and soaking up the energy of life in Downtown Detroit.
Kerry Rehbine
Chief Revenue Officer
Kerry has been part of the fuel industry—and the RKA team—since 2002. Over the years, he has held multiple roles across various divisions within the company, gaining valuable insight and experience that continue to guide his career. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys spending time with his family, staying busy with his kids’ many sporting activities, and cheering on Michigan State athletics. Go Green!
Krystal White
Director of People Operations
Krystal brings over 15 years of Human Resources experience to RKA, with a background spanning the consulting, insurance, and hospitality industries. She earned her BS from Wayne State University and a Master’s in Employment Law from NOVA Southeastern University. Krystal is passionate about continuous learning and finding practical, people-centered solutions. Outside the office, she enjoys being outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Darrin Zimlich
Real Estate + Retail Director
Darrin has been with RKA since 2006 and has been a driving force behind the company’s retail sales success. With extensive industry knowledge and strong professional relationships, Darrin brings immeasurable value to the team. As a proud former Western Michigan Bronco, Darrin enjoys golfing, soaking up the sun, and spending quality time with his family outside of work.
Kacey Spell
Wholesale Sales Manager
Kacey has been a valued member of the RKA team since 2006. Her experience spans multiple facets of the business, including national, government, and local sales, as well as customer service. Kacey plays a key role in expanding RKA’s customer base and fostering long-term business relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and spending quality time with her family.
Jason Waara
Dispatcher
Jason has been an integral part of RKA since 2010, gaining extensive experience in the fuel industry, logistics, and transportation. Over the years, he has thrived in his role as Dispatch Team Leader, bringing both dedication and leadership to his team. Known as the life of the party, Jason’s vibrant personality and positive energy have helped him build strong relationships across all departments at RKA. His ability to connect with colleagues both in and out of the office makes him a valued team member and a central figure in the company culture. Outside of work, Jason enjoys quality time with his family and friends. He’s an avid golfer and poker enthusiast, always up for a friendly competition on the course or at the table.
Angela Cade
Account Team Lead
Angela has been with RKA since 2015 and plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations. Working closely with the CFO and other department leaders, Angela helps manage and coordinate functions within RKA’s financial team. She holds an associate degree in Business from Henry Ford College and brings a strong combination of educational background and long-standing experience to her role. Outside of work, Angela enjoys camping, working out, and spending time with her family—especially watching her sons play sports.
John Lynem
Safety + Training Manager
John joined RKA in 2024, bringing with him over 24 years of industry experience. As a former first responder, John offers a wealth of expertise in hazardous materials, emergency medical services (EMT), fire safety, and driver safety. His deep background enhances RKA’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. Outside of work, John is actively involved in his children’s sports and activities. He also enjoys spending his free time fishing, boating, and golfing.

Supply + Logistics Coordinator
John has worked in the energy industry for over 6 years, gaining experience in fuel pricing, logistics and wholesale supply contract management. As RKA’s Supply and Logistics coordinator, he is always looking for opportunities to improve service and supply offerings, reduce costs, and contribute to our organizational success. Outside the office John enjoys sharing outdoor experiences such as camping and fishing with his family and friends.

Joe Whalen
Retail Sales Account Manager
Joe has over a decade of experience in the petroleum industry, including the past four years with RKA, where he has developed expertise in equipment sales, project management, and retail branding. A seasoned professional, Joe is passionate about delivering quality customer service and building lasting relationships. In addition to his work at RKA, he actively volunteers at his home church. Outside the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family.
Chris Wilkelis
Sr. Branding Representative
Chris has been part of the petroleum industry since the early 2000s, starting his career at RKA. In addition to his industry expertise, Chris is a commercial real estate agent specializing in gas stations, convenience stores, and land development for these businesses. He works closely with dealers to help them find new growth locations or to sell their existing sites when they’re ready to retire, aligning his services with their unique needs. Outside of work, Chris enjoys fishing, boating, kayaking, and almost anything water-related—except water skiing. He also loves golfing, watching football and baseball, and is always up for sharing a good story and a laugh.

Tim is an experienced Commercial Account Executive who has been with RKA since 2015. With a strong background in sales and account management, Tim is passionate about delivering exceptional service to his customers and building meaningful relationships with new clients. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Heather, and their two children, Scarlett and Connor.
Robby Rech
Commercial Account Executive
Robby has been a valued member of the RKA team since 2016 and has over 12 years of experience in sales and customer service. Known for his dedication and commitment, Robby strives to provide each client with the highest level of service and ensures they receive the best solutions tailored to their business needs. Outside of work, Robby enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Leya, and their two children, Mackenzie and Brinley. In his free time, he can often be found on the golf course or playing hockey.
Tayler Kastros
Commercial Account Executive
Tayler brings an extensive sales background, including experience as a Field Marketing and Sales Representative, along with 10 years of retail management. A proud former Chippewa, she earned degrees from Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) and Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Tayler enjoys spending time at home with her husband, daughter, and two cats. A fun and unique fact about Tayler is that she is a published writer, with work spanning poetry and flash fiction.
